KAND London’s ‘Comprehensive’ service means that all aspects of your cleaning, deep cleaning, hygiene and pest control solutions are managed within one fixed price arrangement by a team of dedicated, screened and highly trained industry professionals.

Unlike most cleaning businesses, we self‑deliver all service lines with dedicated, directly employed expert staff. This approach avoids the inconsistency of subcontracting and overpaying your contractor, who will in most circumstances apply an additional profit margin on each of the respective service lines, with no benefit to your business.

In order to design a bespoke service for your organisation we must first understand the nature of your workforce ‑ the demographic between age groups, department, building fabric and of course your budgets.

A member of our experienced management team will create a tailored specification for you that will focus on your building and user needs not just an off the peg solution based loosely on your existing arrangements.

Once agreed, your budgets can then be set permanently with no need to issue additional work orders, avoiding conversations that start with ‘’this was not included with our price ’’. This methodology allows our respective businesses to operate in line with your agreed budgets and helps maintain the health of your building and staff ‑ with you in control.

We know that we have a part to play in securing and protecting your business, with that in mind, our Comprehensive programme allows for complete control of who can access your premises.

Once engaged, we will supply you with a list of trained staff, a dedicated management contact, 24 hour helpdesk, evidence of background and criminality checks, dates of training and induction, along with structures detailing shift patterns and access times.

Our management team has over 40 years’ experience in delivering daily cleaning, deep cleaning, bulk waste removal, pest control and hygiene solutions to global brands and medium sized businesses.

Our operational model focuses on taking away the daily time consuming aspects for building maintenance from your office and facilities management team.

We find we make the greatest impact when a supplier has a lack of ownership of the site‑based teams and cleaning requirements. When this breaks down the Office or Facilities Manager will, in most circumstances, take ownership to ensure standards are maintained ‑ which is completely disjointed.

From the outset we will appoint a dedicated manager responsible for contract management and staff motivation. As our operational models are so flexible our clients have the ability to add to or increase the specification. A good example of our flexibility and adaptability relates to bulk waste removal of broken desks and chairs.

During a management review meeting for a marketing business in Liverpool Street a dialogue was started around broken furniture and our client’s challenge to remove it safely from the premises. Our management team suggested that we could and should assist with their challenge. We completed our research and within three working days a new service line was born from our client’s dilemma. Bulk waste removal is now offered as part of our standard solution and is delivered to 20% of our customer base.
